Q: If there is a break during
the downloading, how can I resume?
Our download server supports the ‘resume’ function of most
browsers, although because of the way our links are
configured, the availability of this function cannot be
guaranteed. Alternatively, you may restart the download using
the links provided. The link will work for 24 hours after
purchase.
Q: How big is each download, and
how long will it take to download?
Details of the file size of each download appear above the ’Buy
Download’ button. The downloads equate to approximately 20 MB
per hour of audio. As complete downloads can be very large, it
is strongly recommended that you have a broadband Internet
connection – a dial-up connection is not recommended. A one-hour
audiobook might take around 5 minutes to download via a 1Mbit/s
broadband connection.
Q: Do they include a booklet?
You may download the CD cover and Booklet as a PDF from our
website on the download page for each recording
Q: If I delete them by mistake,
can I get them again?
When you purchase a download, you are given a link to the files
to download. The link will work for 24 hours, after which time
you will no longer be able to download your purchases. Please
ensure that you back-up your downloads to avoid losing them
should your computer fail.
Q: Can I give a download as a
gift?
Not currently, though we are looking at offering this service in
the future.
